First Energy seeks an E&I Construction Package Lead to manage electrical and instrumentation construction activities on a 12-month contract, first in London, then on-site in the North West. You will coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

You will supervise work packages, review constructability, and ensure adherence to project standards, procedures, and AWP methodology.

Competenze

• HNC in Engineering or Trade Apprenticeship with technical qualification.
• 10+ years’ senior experience in engineering construction, EPCM execution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems, construction practices, and AWP methodology.
• Experience managing staff and knowledge transfer.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and delivery-focused mindset.

• Lead safe and timely execution of E&I construction work scopes.
• Plan work in accordance with project standards, procedures, and AWP methodology.
• Develop construction strategies and approve procedures.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams to avoid clashes.
• Review AWP work packs for constructability, safety, estimates, materials, and tooling.
• Identify and escalation construction growth requirements; liaise with Project Controls.
• Support design changes, site surveys, and constructability reviews.
• Attend project meetings and interface with management and client representatives.
