Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related diploma/certificate is a plus.
• internship or volunteer marketing/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Familiar with e-commerce concepts and online shopping trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on the e-commerce site.
• Create and schedule social media content under guidance.
• Monitor social channels and respond to engagement.
• Perform basic graphic design and content edits.
• Process and track online orders and shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and social media.
• Conduct market research on competitors and trends.
• Organize and maintain digital assets and content libraries.
