Placements24 in Gauteng is seeking an ambitious E-commerce Growth Hacker to accelerate online sales through rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions. You will test new channels, optimize funnels, and leverage emerging technologies to drive scalable growth on the company’s online platform.

Collaboration with product, engineering and marketing teams will be essential as you monitor KPIs, refine strategies, and implement viral campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Growth Hacker or similar with strong growth focus.
• Track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth for ecommerce.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and data analysis tools (GA, Mixpanel).

Responsibilities

• Design and run rapid experimentation frameworks across digital touchpoints.
• Identify friction points in user journeys and optimize conversion rates.
• Develop viral loops and referral programs to boost organic growth.
• Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to optimize pages and campaigns.
• Explore new marketing channels and technologies to reach new segments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to implement growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs like CAC, LTV, conversion, churn; provide actionable insights.
