Placements24 is seeking an innovative E-commerce Content Creator & Manager in Paarl, Western Cape. You will craft engaging product copy, blogs, emails, and social content, while producing high-quality visuals and managing the content calendar.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency, maximize engagement, and drive online sales through data-driven content decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years as Content Creator, Copywriter, or Content Manager in e-commerce preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing is a plus.
• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms and SEO basics.
• Strong social media sense and creative storytelling ability.
• Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Create product descriptions, website copy, blogs, social posts, and newsletters.
• Produce high-quality visual content including photos, graphics, and short videos.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and traffic.

• Monitor performance using analytics and suggest improvements.
