Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand ambassador, sales, customer service, or public relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
• Genuine passion for sports and knowledge of Soweto's local sports scene.
• Able to engage diverse groups with high energy.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally at sporting events, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
• Engage with potential customers and fans, providing information about products, services, and brand initiatives.
• Generate excitement and interest in the brand through energetic and positive interactions.
• Collect customer feedback and insights, relaying valuable information to the marketing team.
