Qualifications

• Experience supervising transportation operations teams.

• Experience with transportation management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the transportation team, including dispatchers and drivers.
• Develop and implement efficient route planning strategies to optimize delivery times and fuel usage.
• Monitor driver performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular safety training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Investigate and resolve any transportation-related incidents or customer complaints effectively.
