Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Computer Science Teacher to join our partner secondary school in Vereeniging. You will design engaging lessons, teach core CS concepts, programming languages, and digital literacy, and prepare students for further studies and careers in technology.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CS/IT and a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or relevant experience, with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or relevant teaching experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive computer science curriculum, including programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Create and manage hands-on projects and lab activities to enhance practical learning.
