Truworths in Dihlabeng is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Dihlabeng Mall store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily operations, drive turnover, manage stock, and maintain store presentation while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 3-5 years’ fashion retail management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a proven ability to recruit, train and motivate staff to meet targets. On-site role based in Free State.

Formación

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years’ experience in managing a fashion retail store.
• Proven track record in successfully managing a fashion retail store.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day running of the store.
• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with targets.
• Driving turnover to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Maintaining the visual appeal of the store.
• Controlling expenses and budgets.
• Provide world-class customer service and address needs.
• Recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Conduct hanger counts and service desk spot checks.
• Spot checks at fitting rooms to ensure standards.
