Qualifications

• Must have an Accredited Early Childhood Development (ECD) qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children in a formal childcare setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS or relevant national curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
• Valid police clearance and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning activities for children aged 2-5 years.
• Observe and document children's progress, identifying individual needs and strengths.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development.
