Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sanitation programs in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of HACCP, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Strong team leadership and on-site management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sanitation schedules and SOPs.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage daily/weekly/monthly sanitation plans.
• Supervise and train sanitation workers; ensure safety and quality.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and rectify issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and QA to integrate sanitation efforts.
• Oversee waste management and pest control programs.
• Prepare reports on sanitation performance and improvements.
