Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of program management experience in health or non-profit sectors.
Strong understanding of community health principles and practices.

Experience serving diverse populations in Durban metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of community health programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop partnerships with local clinics, hospitals, and community health workers to enhance service delivery.
Monitor program activities, collect data, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and funders.
Facilitate health education workshops and awareness campaigns within Durban communities.
Identify emerging health needs and recommend program adjustments or new initiatives accordingly.
