The role emphasizes organizing age-appropriate educational activities, assisting with homework for older children, and maintaining open communication with parents about progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare or a related field is essential.
• Knowledge of child development principles and effective educational strategies for young children.
• Must possess current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A responsible, reliable, and warm personality with a genuine love for children.

Responsibilities
