• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Up to 3 years of post-graduate legal experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Basic understanding of South African contract and company law.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to use legal research tools and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
• Support compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies.
• Help manage litigation files and assist with discovery processes.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
