HotelJobs is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to drive on-site execution for a Dubai-based, multi-sector organization. The role requires fit-out experience, strong coordination across departments, and delivering high‑quality projects on time with client satisfaction.

The position offers a salary package up to AED 35 000 plus annual flight allowance, medical insurance (family cover up to two kids), and a company car. Open to South Africans relocating to Dubai.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years’ experience in interiors works with at least 2 years in a senior role managing Blue‑chip client projects.
• Experience in handling all site operations and complete knowledge of design/build/construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project handovers, implement site objectives, and ensure ISO quality/HSE compliance.
• Establish master construction programs and long‑lead schedules to meet deadlines.
• Partner with QS to manage budgets and variations for scope changes.
• Chair site progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Mitigate project risks with contingency plans and manage closeout snag lists.
• Mentor site staff for future advancement.
