Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd in Vereeniging is seeking a Salesman Driver to support bakery sales growth through timely deliveries and excellent service. Deliveries must meet customer requirements, payments are collected, and sales assets are managed daily.

The ideal candidate has a Matric, a Code 10/C1 license with PDP, and 1–3 years of experience in sales. This 6-day role requires reliability and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Driver's License code 10/C1 with PDP (3+ years)
• 1–3 years' experience in the sales or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time and in-full deliveries to customers.
• Collect payments and manage bakery sales assets daily.
• Build and maintain trade relationships with customers.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Salesman Driver role is to ensure service delivery and bakery sales growth through on time and in full deliveries of products as per customer requirements, collection of payments and bakery sales asset management on daily basis

Experience and Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.


• A valid Driver's License code 10/C1 with PDP which is 3 years old or more


• 1-3 years' experience in the sales or retail environment

Working Conditions

• Pressurised environment


• 6-day position


• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per business needs.


• Required to work in alternative areas as required by the business.
