Job Purpose

The Driver & Staff Supervisor is responsible for transporting cleaning staff safely and efficiently to and from customer sites, supervising the cleaning team during jobs, ensuring that company cleaning standards are consistently maintained, and actively participating in cleaning duties.

This is a **hands-on operational role**. The successful candidate will not only supervise the cleaning team but will also clean alongside staff and lead by example.

The Driver & Staff Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that teams arrive at customer premises on time, are properly equipped, understand the requirements of each job, and complete their work to the company's expected standard.
