About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and requisitioning replacements as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs promptly.
