Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional Driving Permit (PDP), if applicable
• Experience in corporate/executive driving
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of discretion and integrity

Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives, staff, and clients to meetings, airports, and events
• Plan efficient routes and adjust for traffic, road closures, or last-minute changes
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times
• Perform routine vehicle checks and arrange servicing/maintenance as needed
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers' conversations, schedules, and whereabouts
• Communicate proactively with passengers and relevant staff regarding delays, schedule changes, or route adjustments
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, documents, or equipment as required
• Be available for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend duties as business needs require
