We're looking for a Company Driver who thrives on responsibility, stays flexible when priorities shift, and takes pride in delivering safe, timely, and professional service every time.

In this role, you will operate a company vehicle to transport employees, goods, and materials, while ensuring the safety, privacy, and comfort of clients and executive leaders, including airport pickups for visiting leadership. You'll maintain accurate trip records, conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and stay flexible to support major company events such as year-end parties and outings. Your ability to follow traffic laws and company policies, maintain discretion, and stay calm and dependable under pressure will be key to keeping operations and logistics running smoothly.

What will you do as anCompany Driver

Operate a company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

Transport employees, goods, materials, and/or personnel to and from various locations.

Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly.

Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption.

Follow all traffic laws and company policies and procedures.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.

Report any vehicle malfunctions or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.

Support employees with logistics as needed.

Ensure the safety of clients during transport.

Pick up clients and executive leaders from the airport during visits, remaining flexible and willing to go the extra mile during major company events such as year-end parties, company outings, and basketball leagues.

Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of clients and executive leaders during travel.

Comply with additional safety rules, including no smoking and no texting while driving.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in driving or logistics is a plus.

At least 1–2 years of experience as a professional or company driver.

Experience transporting executives, clients, or VIPs is an advantage.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including during company events and outings.Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Good vehicle maintenance awareness, including basic troubleshooting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.

Ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced or last-minute situations.
