Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with onshore drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of drilling equipment, well control principles, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in drilling software and reporting tools.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
• Preference for candidates residing in or near Randburg, Gauteng, ZA , due to potential occasional site visits.
