Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Drilling Fluids Engineer or similar role in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluid chemistry, rheology, and additives.
• Familiarity with water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based fluids.
• Ability to interpret drilling data and make timely decisions.
• Excellent communication under pressure.

Responsibilities
