Job summary

The Recruitment Pig in Johannesburg seeks a skilled draughtsman to plan and create precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, with a focus on aluminium fabrication and client projects.

You will support a technical team, ensure accurate shop drawings, update CAD libraries, and help prepare quotations while complying with ISO quality procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with an AutoCAD Diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of drafting experience
• Strong AutoCAD knowledge and basic Excel skills

What You Need to Apply

Grade 12 Certificate with an accredited AutoCAD Diploma. Three to five years of drafting experience Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic skills in MS Excel. Good understanding of architectural drawings, fenestration details, and die profiles. Working familiarity with AAAMSA guidelines and SAGGA glazing safety regulations. Great eye for detail with strong problem-solving abilities. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
