Job summary

Afrique Connection Consultancy is seeking an experienced Draughting Office Supervisor to lead its drawing office in Middelburg. You will head the draughting team, plan project priorities and ensure industrial plant drawings meet client requirements.

The role requires 15–20 years of draughting in concrete and steel structures, with experience on oil & gas, chemical, mining and power projects. Revit proficiency is essential, and a technical diploma is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of engineering design draughting experience.
• Experience on industrial plants (oil & gas, chemical, mining, power generation).
• Proven track record of managing a draughting team.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the draughting personnel and prioritise project work.
• Provide guidance, support and training to the draughting team.
• Organise and maintain documentation of drawings and schedules.
• Support engineering teams by managing drawing distribution and checking drawings.
