Job summary

The South African National Blood Service invites applications for a Donor Recruiter. Based at Egoli West HQ, the role will recruit and educate donors to ensure targets are met and support a safe, sustainable blood supply.

You will handle donor inquiries, assist with donor marketing events, and coordinate logistics for blood drives, while reporting to the Donor Relations Practitioner and staying current with SOPs and trainings.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed with relevant marketing/PR certification preferred.
• Marketing/Public Relations Certificate (minimum 6 months) required.
• Driving Licence – Code B Manual is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and educate donors to ensure targets are met and maintain a sustainable and safe blood supply.
• Attend donor queries and complaints and report follow-ups to Donor Relations Practitioner.
• Assist with donor marketing functions, events and media launches.
