Qualifications

• Significant experience in Retail Management; proven district manager or multi-unit supervision experience.

• Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and control operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the Rustenburg district.
• Set sales targets and performance goals for each store and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data, operational reports, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
