Job summary

Momentum Pretoria seeks a Distribution Support Administrator to provide quick, accurate administrative support to IFAs and practice staff. You will manage end-to-end processing and maintain accurate activity records.

The role requires 5–8 years in financial services and 3–5 years in administration of new business processing, with strong attention to compliance, reporting (Power BI), and effective stakeholder engagement. Momentum Distribution Services experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in the financial services industry (essential)
• 3–5 years in administration of new business processing or providing administration support to a Financial Adviser (essential)
• 1–2 years’ experience within the Momentum Distribution Services Sales environment (advantage)
• Insurance industry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end processes for various product lines and drive efficient submission of requirements
• Handle processing of application forms and engage with Financial Advisors/Practice staff promptly
• Maintain accurate activity records and manage pipeline to ensure cases issue smoothly
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on digital capabilities (Power BI, campaigns) to advisers/staff
• Engage with stakeholders to uphold service levels and support business continuity
• Escalate faults and improvements to enhance client experience and compliance
