The role involves end-to-end processing, pipeline management, training on digital tools like Power BI, and collaboration with the Momentum Distribution Service team to ensure client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 is essential.
• NQF 6 or NQF 7 in Office Administration, Business Management, Finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and promptly engage with Financial Advisors/Practice staff upon receipt.
• Manage pipeline and drive submission of requirements to ensure cases issue.
• Provide training to Financial Adviser/practice staff on digital capabilities such as Power BI, Campaign master etc.
• Support Consultant on planned marketing calls and follow through to ensure success.
• Identify and report process and system failures to improve client experience.
