Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Distribution Controller in Ladysmith to lead the Driver Sales team, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries. You will support market development, maintain strong customer relations, and supervise stock and driver operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires FMCG experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends and public holidays. Onsite role with the Albanys way of working expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in a FMCG environment.
• Valid drivers’ license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Driver Sales team to ensure deliveries are on time, in full, and according to schedule.
• Support sales to develop new markets and drive business with existing customers.
• Monitor distribution network for route viability and performance.
• Manage stock on truck, returns, and driver balances.
• Open new accounts and ensure payment collection and customer queries are resolved.
