You will handle litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes, conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings and settlements, and advise on risk management.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and relevant substantive law.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct dispute resolution processes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
