Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Disability Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in disability support or case management.
• Knowledge of disability rights and applicable legislation.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Empathy and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with Polokwane local services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs and goals of individuals with disabilities.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans with clients and families.
• Coordinate services with community resources and providers.
• Provide ongoing support, advocacy, and guidance.
