Qualifications

• Master's degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in parks and recreation management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in budget management, strategic planning, and staff supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of recreational programming, facility operations, and landscape management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, development, and maintenance of parks and recreational facilities.
• Oversee departmental operations, including budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
