The Western Cape Government is seeking a self-motivated Director: Land and Asset Management to administer state-owned assets and properties within the Province of the Western Cape. The role requires a relevant NQF level 7 qualification or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' middle/senior management experience.

It is a permanent post based in CAPE TOWN with a salary level 13. The incumbent will lead title deeds, asset management, and the rental housing portfolio while driving strategic planning
