Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our sales team.

You’ll work remotely within SA, leveraging tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to maintain pipelines, test messaging, and contribute to pipeline growth with high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar experience.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

About The Role

As Direct Sales Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Will Own
