Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will own the top of the funnel, maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, and collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone

What You Will Own
