Placements24 is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager in Sandton to drive modernisation and digital capability enhancements. You will plan, execute and oversee complex projects while collaborating with IT, business units and external partners to implement new digital solutions and processes.

The role requires a strong command of change management and communications, with experience across cloud, data analytics and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project management with focus on digital transformation or IT modernization.
• Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a complex setting.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and other emerging digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of digital transformation projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria for digital initiatives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and risks across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT, business units and external partners to implement new digital solutions.
• Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and workflows.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
