Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Digital Transformation Enablement Specialist to assess, plan, and execute complex digital initiatives that enhance employee and customer experiences. You will apply UX and digital-tech trends to shape the organisation's digital roadmap and monitor market trends to align with stakeholder needs.

You will work with IT and business teams to design training, drive adoption, and ensure smooth change management while maintaining a strategic direction for Corporate IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in PMP or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP) are advantageous.
ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher.
SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with senior management to understand digital transformation goals and drive enablement.
Creates adoption plans for new digital technologies and outlines steps for implementation.
Designs and delivers training programmes, workshops, and resources for stakeholders.
