Job summary

PwC South Africa’s Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) leads large-scale transformation delivery in the financial services sector. The role combines business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable value and successful change outcomes.

We seek a candidate with 3–4 years in banking or financial services, strong PMO and transformation experience, and relevant certifications to guide complex programmes and ensure sustained benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, economics, commerce or analytics.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP/Agile PM, CIMA or Strategic Management certification.
• 3-4 years' experience in banking, insurance or financial services.
• Strong project delivery and PMO capability.
• Process improvement and transformation experience.
• Analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis activities across banking and financial services transformation programmes.
• Support SAP-enabled and digitally enabled transformation initiatives within financial services organisations.
• Define, document and validate business requirements, processes and solution needs for transformation programmes.
• Apply project management and change management methodologies to support successful programme delivery.
• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.
