Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support with FreshDesk/FreshChat.
• Diploma in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years in FMCG, marketing, digital marketing, agency or brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on FreshDesk and FreshChat platforms.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and resolve queries.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to offer effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyse customer service metrics for improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align support strategies.
• Train team members on FreshDesk and FreshChat best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client confidentiality.
• Handle escalations and more complex issues as required.
