Schneider Electric is seeking a senior program leader to manage the deployment of global best-of-breed applications for front office DCR, customer experience and commercial transformation across international zones including Greater India, MEA, APAC and the Americas.

The role involves governance, stakeholder alignment, testing support, change management and ongoing optimization of deployment programs across multiple platforms and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex and ERP to meet timelines.
• Drive SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors and VPs to report progress and decisions.
• Collaborate across CXCT, DCR, Country Business and Transformation Leaders to gather requirements and align with project goals.
• Support UAT, coordinate release schedules, and assist with cutover activities.
• Facilitate change management and adoption post-deployment.
• Monitor progress and collect post-deployment feedback for continuous improvement.

Manage Deployment of Global Unify Best of Breed Applications for Front office DCR and Customer experience and Commercial Transformation across International Operations Zones – Greater India, Middle East & Africa, Pacific and South America.

Project Governance & Execution

• Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms – CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS and ERP Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
• Drive SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors and VPs to report progress, risks, and drive decisions

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

• Collaborate across CXCT, DCR, Country Business and Transformation Leaders, Digital Delivery, Zone BRMs to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the digital team Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities

Testing & Cutover Support

• Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.
• Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines. Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.

Change Management & Adoption

• Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
• Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
• Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities to improve adoption
