About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Pedagogy Specialist to champion and guide the effective integration of digital technologies into teaching and learning practices. You will be instrumental in developing strategies, resources, and professional development programs that empower educators to leverage digital tools for enhanced student engagement and outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of learning theories, educational technology, and best practices in online and blended learning environments. You will collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and IT support to foster a culture of innovation and digital fluency within educational settings. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about transforming education through thoughtful and effective use of digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for integrating digital technologies into pedagogical practices.
• Design and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions for educators on digital pedagogy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field, with a focus on pedagogy.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering professional development for educators.
• Familiarity with a wide range of educational technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fully remote team structure.
• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is highly preferred.
