Job summary

Catch is seeking a Digital Enablement Specialist who will have full ownership of automation design, workflow architecture, AI implementation, and internal tooling to enable the business.

You will partner with the MD and Enablement team while actively growing your skills, shaping direction, and delivering scalable solutions across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role rewards initiative, independence, and the ability to migrate ideas from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal automation workflows across business functions.
• Implement and manage AI tools and integrations.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling (dashboards, portals, process tools).
• Salesforce development: flows, custom objects, integrations, and reporting.
• Power BI reporting and DAX development for operational visibility.
• Data infrastructure work: pipelines, database integrations, API connections.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate them into shipped solutions.

Role description: We are hiring a Digital Enablement Specialist who wants fullownership of automation design, workflow architecture, AIimplementation, and internal tooling for the company, whileactively growing and upskilling inside the role. You get oversightandalignment support from the MD and the broader Enablement team, but you steer your world. Key responsibilities:

• Design and build internal automation workflows across businessfunctions
• Implement and manage AI tools and integrations across teams
• Develop and maintain internal tooling (dashboards, portals,process tools)
• Salesforce development: flows, custom objects, integrations, andreporting
• Power Tools like Power BI reporting and DAX development foroperational visibility
• Data infrastructure work: pipelines, database integrations, APIconnections
• Identify automation opportunities and translate them intoshipped solutions

Preferrred Skills and competencies:

• Experience in automation, digital operations, or systems/toolingroles
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g.n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data and backendtasks
• Salesforce experience advantageous (Flows, SOQL, reporting)
• Power BI or similar BI tooling experience advantageous
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Systems thinker who can spot inefficiency and design scalablefixes

Qualifications and experience:

• Excellent High School and University Results
• Professionals preferred – CA’s, BCom LLB
• Experience managing a small/medium sized team advantageous
• Creative and independent thinker with ability to foresee potential problems and find innovative ways to solve them
• Ability to prioritize tasks and organize own work
