Job summary

CyberPro Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a client's Online eCommerce division and drive technology and digital initiatives that enhance the online customer experience. The role covers managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading technology/digital/eCommerce projects.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects on time and within scope.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technology and business teams.
Strong governance, reporting, risk management and dependency tracking.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects in Online eCommerce.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and roadmaps.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, UX/UI, QA and vendors.
Track progress and ensure delivery against timelines, scope and quality.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs.
Manage budgets, resources and financial tracking where applicable.
Prepare status reports for senior stakeholders and leadership.
Support Agile delivery practices and collaborate with Scrum Masters.
