Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to boost online advertising efforts for our Benoni-based e-commerce partner. You will drive targeted traffic and improve conversions through paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.

This hands-on role requires an analytical and creative professional to manage, optimize, and report on ad performance, collaborate with marketing teammates, and contribute to customer acquisition and revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid search strategies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI using CPC, CPA, ROAS metrics.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative development.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
