Bonafide Human Capital is seeking a skilled Automotive Diesel Technician in the Soweto area to diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines across trucks and heavy equipment. The role requires Red Seal certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with diesel diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, rigorous inspections, and maintaining detailed service records to ensure safety and reliability in line with manufacturer standards.

Formación

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic with Red Seal Certification.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Must reside in the East Rand area.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair complex issues related to diesel engines, fuel systems, exhaust systems, and emissions controls.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups on diesel vehicles.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment to identify engine performance problems and mechanical faults.
• Conduct thorough inspections of diesel engines and components, recommending necessary repairs or replacements.
• Service and repair transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension systems specific to diesel vehicles.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards for diesel engines.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
