Black Sun is seeking a Design Director to translate insight and strategy into clear, compelling communications. This hands-on leadership role combines strong craft with creative judgment to guide projects and mentor designers.

You will lead by example, shaping visual systems, typography and content across print and digital, while working closely with Creative Directors and account teams to deliver outstanding work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of thoughtful, craft-led design with strong portfolio.
• Ability to take ownership from concept to finished execution.
• Experience leading design direction on complex projects.
• Comfortable working across print and digital channels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
