Job summary

Shift Pursuit is seeking a Deputy Nursing Manager in Lenasia to lead nursing teams and support the Nursing Manager in delivering high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes governance, operational efficiency and staff development within a private hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will have SANC registration, a Nursing Management qualification, and at least five years in nursing leadership, with strong communication and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• Registered with SANC as a Professional/Registered Nurse.
