Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in international development or related field is required.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in development programmes.
• Experience in gender equality and women’s empowerment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Country Office and programme delivery.
• Advise the Country Representative on strategic areas and policy development.
• Represent UN Women in UN system coordination and interagency collaboration.
• Oversee resource mobilization and development of partnerships with government and donors.
