• Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager is essential.
• Experience with GoodX or similar billing systems would be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice administration and daily operations.
• Experience with medical aid claims, billing and patient accounts.
• Good understanding of practice finances and debtors.
• Previous experience managing and supporting a dental team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and patient-focused approach.
• Computer literate and comfortable using dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
• Manage and support the practice team.
• Ensure excellent patient service and smooth patient flow.
• Manage appointments and general practice administration.
• Oversee billing, medical aid claims and outstanding accounts.
• Assist with stock control and ordering.
