Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (APO, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan) advantageous.
• Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to improving forecast accuracy to influence inventory levels and costs.
• Identify trends from sales and market data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and systems.
