Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects for our SaaS and agency offerings.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records and help the sales team hit volume goals with high-quality touches.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar, preferably in agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.
• Comfortable researching and identifying decision makers.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
